Monday, March 16 | “YOU’RE A FAKE NATHAN” | General Hospital Spoilers

While investigating a mysterious situation involving the light, Dante begins noticing something unusual about Nathan. At first, the feeling is only a faint suspicion that he cannot fully explain. However, the more Dante observes Nathan’s behavior, the stronger his doubts become. Nathan no longer behaves the way he used to before the accident. His reactions seem slightly off in certain situations. His memories also appear inconsistent with events he should clearly remember. Even the way he sometimes speaks feels unfamiliar to Dante. These subtle changes slowly create a sense of unease. Dante starts wondering whether something deeper is wrong. What initially seemed like a small concern gradually grows into serious suspicion.

The strange behavior began after Nathan returned from his coma. Everyone around him assumed that his unusual actions were simply part of the recovery process. They believed he only needed time to regain his strength and memory. However, Dante cannot ignore the growing list of strange details. Nathan appears confused about past events he once knew perfectly well. Certain conversations reveal small but noticeable personality differences. At times, he reacts in ways that feel completely unlike the man Dante has known for years. These inconsistencies leave Dante deeply unsettled. The feeling becomes so strong that he starts wondering if he is dealing with a completely different person. What once seemed like a normal recovery now feels increasingly suspicious.

As a trained investigator, Dante’s instincts eventually take control of the situation. He begins quietly investigating the events surrounding Nathan’s disappearance and return. Dante reviews records and carefully reexamines the timeline of everything that happened. The more evidence he gathers, the more convinced he becomes that something is wrong. Eventually, he decides he can no longer keep his suspicions to himself. Dante confronts Nathan directly in a tense and emotional moment. He demands the truth and asks the question that has been haunting him. Who is the man standing in front of him? Nathan reacts with visible panic but quickly tries to deny the accusation. He insists that Dante is mistaken and that he truly is Nathan.

Despite Nathan’s denial, Dante refuses to accept the explanation. The evidence he has uncovered suggests a very different possibility. It appears increasingly likely that the real Nathan might not be the man everyone believes he is. If someone has been impersonating him, it would explain the strange memories and inconsistent behavior. The biggest question then becomes the identity of the impostor. One possible suspect immediately comes to mind: Peter, Nathan’s brother. Peter has a complicated past and could have reasons to assume Nathan’s identity. If Peter truly is behind the deception, it would mean the impersonation was carefully planned. The truth could reveal a much larger conspiracy and raise terrifying questions about what happened to the real Nathan.
