General Hospital The Rinse January 21: Willow Sealed Drew’s Fate
The last thing anyone expected Willow to do after being found not guilty was stab Drew in the neck with a syringe, and the January 21, 2026 episode of General Hospital showed us the aftermath of her master plan.
Drew’s Out of the Picture
When Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) finally surfaced on today’s episode, it was through a panicked voice on the other end of Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) phone. She told her mother something had happened to Drew (Cameron Mathison), and the next thing we know, everyone is rushing to GH.
While Lucas (Van Hansis) treated the congressman, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) asked Willow what happened. Being a nurse who knows her stuff, Willow spun a story about Drew experiencing stroke symptoms before collapsing to the floor, and Elizabeth bought every word. (Did you catch this Easter egg from when Willow shot up Drew?).
But Kai (Jens Austin Astrup), not so much. He didn’t believe a single tear Willow was shedding for her husband, being one of the few people in Port Charles who know she’s guilty of shooting him back in September.
When Lucas arrived with a diagnosis, he told everyone that Drew suffered a massive stroke that could lead to limited mobility, or even locked-in syndrome. And with Drew now “trapped in his body,” as Tracy (Jane Elliot) so lovingly put it, this will allow every person he hurt to confront him without consequences.
General Hospital spoilers for January 22 reveal that Lucas will be left sharing devastating news, presumably about Drew’s condition, while Tracy questions Jason about what happened to their shared enemy.
