FULL General Hospital 3-13-2026 Spoilers | GH Friday, March 13 | 2026
The upcoming Thursday, March 12 episode of General Hospital is shaping up to be a chaotic and emotional installment packed with intense confrontations and complicated relationships. One of the biggest moments involves Maxie Jones finally confronting Nathan West about his shocking romantic connection with Lulu Spencer. Maxie tearfully demands answers and struggles to understand how Nathan could move on so quickly after everything they shared. Although Nathan disappeared for seven years, he claims he remembers none of that time and believed when he woke up that Maxie was still his wife and they were expecting a baby together. Maxie finds it difficult to accept that explanation, especially because Nathan developed feelings for her best friend Lulu while Maxie was in a coma. The emotional confrontation forces both of them to examine whether their love was ever as strong as they believed. Nathan defends himself by saying he felt lost and disconnected when he woke up to a world that had moved on without him. He insists he saw how much Maxie’s life had changed and felt like a ghost in his own life. According to Nathan, Lulu simply became the lifeline he clung to during a confusing and lonely time. Despite his explanation, the situation remains messy and painful for everyone involved.
Meanwhile Lulu Spencer turns to Carly Corinthos for advice about her complicated feelings regarding Nathan and Maxie. Lulu admits that Tracy Quartermaine encouraged her to follow her heart, which raises suspicions about Tracy’s true motives. Carly surprisingly refuses to give Lulu direct advice and tells her that the decision must ultimately be her own. This unexpected restraint from Carly may be partly because she is dealing with her own growing problems. Jason Morgan confronts Valentin Cassadine in Carly’s attic and tensions immediately explode between them. Jason has long warned Carly to stay away from Valentin, but when she refuses to listen he takes matters into his own hands. He even offers to help Valentin secretly flee Port Charles since Jason himself plans to leave town with Britt Westbourne. Valentin refuses the offer because he refuses to abandon Carly while enemies continue to threaten her. Jason reluctantly accepts Valentin’s decision but leaves him with a chilling warning. He makes it clear that if anything happens to Carly, Valentin will never find a place to hide from Jason’s revenge.
As Jason prepares to disappear from Port Charles, Britt Westbourne quietly begins saying goodbye to the people around her at the hospital. She shares a heartfelt moment with Lucas Jones, awkwardly expressing gratitude for his support in her own sarcastic way. Britt also encounters young Rocco Falconeri and offers him kind words that unintentionally feel like a farewell. Rocco senses something unusual and begins to suspect that Britt may be leaving. Meanwhile Britt’s plan to escape with Jason becomes increasingly risky because she needs Marco Rios to obtain a crucial medication dose first. If Marco gets caught stealing the medication, it could destroy their entire escape plan. Even worse, the dangerous Ross Cullum is lurking nearby and could overhear their plans. Ross has already been established as a serious threat and could attempt to stop Jason and Britt before they leave town. The possibility of Ross discovering the truth raises the stakes dramatically for Britt’s escape. Britt deserves a safe future but the looming danger suggests her plan could easily collapse.
Away from the mob drama, Alexis Davis’s home becomes the setting for a more personal and emotional storyline involving Molly Lansing-Davis. Molly opens up to Kristina Corinthos-Davis after fainting due to complications from her endometriosis, an experience that frightened Cody Bell. Although Cody tried to help her afterward, Molly felt embarrassed and overwhelmed by the situation. Kristina offers thoughtful advice and encourages Molly not to assume the worst about Cody’s reaction. She reminds Molly that Cody simply needs time to understand her medical struggles and how to support her properly. The experience makes Cody realize just how deeply he cares about Molly and prompts him to seek advice from Dante Falconeri. Cody asks Dante how he knew Lulu was the one for him, hoping for clarity about his own feelings. Dante explains that life has changed and that he and Lulu have both moved on from their past romance. He cautions Cody not to rush into declaring Molly his soulmate simply because a frightening moment brought them closer. Instead Dante encourages Cody to live in the present and simply support Molly through her struggles.
