Today in Genoa City a shocking family crisis centers on Lily Winters. Lily learns Holden Novak is Malcolm’s secret son and her half brother. The revelation changes everything she believed about her father. At the same time Malcolm is critically ill and needs a bone marrow donor. The urgent search for a match pushes Lily toward emotional collapse. Elsewhere Billy Abbott and Sally Spectra face a second positive pregnancy test. Their unexpected news forces them to confront old grief and fear. Nate Hastings then hears the name Dr. Stephanie Simmons at the club. He introduces himself as Olivia Winters’s son and gains her warm attention. That meeting soon opens the door to another major secret.
Over dinner Stephanie casually reveals that Holden Novak is her son. Nate hides his shock because he already knows Holden and their troubled history. He stays polite while realizing Holden is now tied to his family. Meanwhile Lily meets Holden at Society for a tense first real talk. Holden describes himself as the child of a dead father. Nate and Devon arrive confused when they see Holden waiting at the table. Lily tells them Malcolm is Holden’s biological father. Devon and Nate rush to comfort Lily as fear spreads through the family. At home Billy asks Sally about the second pregnancy test. She confirms it is positive and both feel overwhelmed. Billy first deflects before admitting he was hurt she told Audra first. Sally says memories of losing baby Ava made her terrified. Billy shares his pain over losing Delia and meets her grief honestly. Together they discuss whether they can survive another heartbreak. Billy promises they will face whatever comes as a team. The day leaves the Winters family shaken and Billy and Sally cautiously hopeful. Everyone now waits to see whether Holden becomes a savior or another source of conflict.
