CBS Y&R FULL [3/7/2026] The Young and The Restless Full Episode Recap || CBS Y&R March 7 Spoilers

On the March 7, 2026 update of The Young and the Restless, anxiety grows as Diane Jenkins and Kyle Abbott struggle to understand the truth behind Jack Abbott’s disappearance. Victor Newman publicly claims responsibility for Jack’s kidnapping, but Diane believes the story is too convenient. She knows Victor well enough to suspect a deeper game is being played. Meanwhile Jack remains trapped and exhausted after enduring prolonged captivity. His health continues to decline, and Diane fears he will die without his heart medication. Victor appears unconcerned with Jack’s suffering, which makes the situation even more terrifying. Jack attempts to escape from the fortified room where he is being held but his weakened condition makes it nearly impossible. Diane’s instincts push her to investigate elsewhere in Genoa City. She begins to suspect the chaos surrounding Spectra Charles Media may hold answers. Determined to uncover the truth, she heads to the company’s office building.

Diane enters the dark and quiet office under the pretense of searching for Kyle, though she knows he is elsewhere drowning his worries in alcohol. While walking through the hallway, she overhears Audra Charles speaking urgently on the phone. Audra demands that a large payment be transferred immediately through a shell company in Malta. She warns that if the money is delayed the entire deal could collapse. Diane senses that the mysterious transaction is connected to Jack’s disappearance. Audra lowers her voice and insists the payment is insurance if “Abbott’s situation” worsens. The call ends abruptly, leaving Diane stunned by what she has heard. Once Audra leaves the office, Diane secretly searches the room for evidence. Although the desk appears clean, she discovers a locked tablet displaying a notification containing a cryptocurrency wallet address. The enormous amount mentioned suggests a fortune large enough to fund dangerous operations. Diane photographs the message, realizing the clue may expose the truth behind the kidnapping.

Although Diane wants to immediately tell Kyle what she discovered, she hesitates. She knows Kyle’s anger could cause him to confront Audra before they have real proof. If Audra panics, she could destroy the evidence or disappear entirely. Diane also fears that if a powerful third party is involved Kyle could become a target. Determined to control the investigation herself, Diane decides to keep the discovery secret for now. Meanwhile the story shifts to the complicated history between Sharon Newman and Phyllis Summers. Their rivalry began more than twenty years ago when Phyllis had an affair with Nick Newman, who was Sharon’s husband at the time. That betrayal created one of the most intense feuds in Genoa City history. For years the two women clashed in arguments fueled by resentment and heartbreak. Nick’s complicated feelings for both women kept the rivalry alive. Fans long believed the hostility between Sharon and Phyllis would never end.

Unexpectedly, their relationship changed dramatically after a terrifying kidnapping ordeal. Sharon and Phyllis were abducted and forced to rely on each other to survive. In captivity their long-standing grievances suddenly seemed less important than staying alive. They shared vulnerable moments that revealed deeper layers of pain and resilience. The experience slowly replaced bitterness with a fragile sense of trust. After being rescued, they began supporting each other in small but meaningful ways. Their connection evolved into an unlikely friendship built on shared trauma. Recently that bond faced new challenges when Phyllis launched an aggressive takeover attempt against Newman Enterprises. Her decision angered many people in Genoa City and even strained relationships with her own children. Despite being disappointed, Sharon chose compassion and publicly stood by Phyllis as a friend, proving their once-bitter rivalry has transformed into one of the show’s most surprising alliances.
