General Hospital spoilers suggest a dark and disturbing turn in Drew and Willow’s marriage, as Drew refuses to let Willow go even after she is exposed as the person who shot him. If the truth finally comes out, it may not shatter Drew’s devotion the way viewers expect. Instead, Drew appears dangerously fixated on preserving the life he imagined with Willow, clinging to the fantasy of a perfect family despite mounting evidence that their relationship is built on lies.

Fans know Willow went through with the wedding not out of love, but out of strategy. Her feelings for Drew have long faded, yet she continues to play the role of devoted wife for appearances and legal protection. Drew, however, remains blind to her true motives, convinced that together they can build a happy future with Scout. Even if his memory fully returns and confirms that Willow fired at him twice, the revelation may not be enough to break his emotional grip. Drew could quickly redirect his anger, once again blaming Michael for pushing Willow “too far,” allowing him to justify forgiving the unforgivable.

Rather than walking away, Drew may attempt to rewrite the narrative, convincing himself—and Willow—that their marriage can still be salvaged if she simply tells him the truth from now on. By the time this confrontation occurs, Willow may already be legally cleared, protected by double jeopardy and unable to be tried again. That freedom could embolden her to finally drop the façade and admit that marrying Drew was nothing more than a calculated courtroom move. To Willow, the fantasy of a perfect marriage would be over, and she may expect Drew to accept that reality.

But Drew is not known for accepting defeat. Faced with rejection, he may refuse to let Willow leave, determined to hold the marriage together at any cost. Using custody as leverage, Drew could threaten to expose Willow publicly, warning that her chances of regaining her children would be destroyed if the press paints her as a woman who escaped justice for attempted murder. He may demand that Willow live up to the promise she made—to be a devoted wife and stepmother—pushing her to pretend their love is real for Scout’s sake. In Drew’s mind, another broken family is unacceptable, even if maintaining this one means crossing dangerous emotional and moral lines.
