Full ABC New GH Thursday, 5/28/2026 General Hospital SpoiIers (May 28, 2026) Episode

Thursday’s General Hospital chaos centers on Christina Corinthos Davis, Curtis Ashford, and the growing crisis around Rocco Falconer. Christina shocks Molly Lansing Davis by revealing she was accepted into medical school, leading many to suspect the show is preparing for Christina’s departure from Port Charles. Christina also hints that something is a terrible idea, though the writers keep the meaning frustratingly vague, leaving fans to speculate whether she is referring to med school, Molly’s relationship with Cody Bell, or Alexis Davis’s growing fears about Danny Morgan and the mob. Meanwhile, Curtis continues spiraling after violently injuring Dr. Isaiah Ganon during their confrontation at the Metro Court Gardens. Curtis unapologetically tells Jordan Ashford that Isaiah wanted the fight, showing almost no remorse despite crushing the surgeon’s hand and potentially ending his career forever. Isaiah’s visible injuries and Porsche Robinson’s fury only make the situation worse as acting district attorney Justine Turner begins gathering statements about the attack. Porsche is trapped between supporting the father of her unborn child and defending the victim whose life Curtis may have ruined. Trina Robinson is desperately trying to hold the family together while convincing Porsche not to cancel her baby shower amid the chaos. The storyline paints Curtis as reckless, jealous, and increasingly unable to control his temper, with prison time beginning to look like a real possibility.

Elsewhere in Port Charles, Lulu Spencer and Dante Falconer remain consumed with fear after Rocco ran away with Britt West. Lulu wonders if the FBI should be brought into the search after Harrison Chase discovers that Britt never actually used the Berlin plane ticket she purchased, suggesting she and Rocco are still somewhere in the United States. Dante struggles with the impossible choices surrounding the case because Rocco willingly left with Britt and even recorded a video message explaining he begged her to take him. Lulu is overwhelmed with guilt because she secretly helped Rocco obtain the fake passport that made the escape possible in the first place. Britt, already suffering from Huntington’s disease, is unraveling emotionally after locking Elizabeth Baldwin in a closet, smashing phones, and fleeing town in a panic. Dante is also being pressured by the fake Nathan West, who is secretly Cesar Faison, to use Sonny Corinthos’s mob connections to hide Rocco from Ross Cullum. Cullum remains dangerously unstable and may be close to realizing that Rocco, not Danny Morgan, was responsible for shooting him. Lulu and Dante are surrounded by terrible options, especially with the WSB already tangled in separate spy games involving Jack Brennan, Valentin Cassadine, and Josslyn Jacks. The entire situation continues escalating into a dangerous family crisis with no clear solution in sight.

Sonny Corinthos once again positions himself as the man who can solve every problem in Port Charles. From his office at Pozzulo’s, Sonny tells someone on the phone to sit tight because he will handle everything himself, though it remains unclear whether he is speaking to Laura Collins, Dante, or Lulu. Sonny and Laura are actively working on a plan to turn Pascal against the dangerous Jen Sidwell after learning Sidwell murdered Professor Henry Dalton at Wyndemere and covered it up with Pascal’s help. Britt secretly gave Sonny that information before fleeing with Rocco, giving Sonny and Laura leverage against Sidwell. The plan may involve Lucas Jones acting as an insider despite his deep hatred for the mob and the pain it has caused throughout his life. Lucas’s grief over Marco Rios and loyalty to Laura as Luke Spencer’s widow may ultimately push him into helping anyway. Sonny is also balancing Ethan Lovett’s desire to target Sidwell directly while simultaneously dealing with the Rocco crisis and Ross Cullum’s growing paranoia. Dante even considers asking Sonny to make Rocco disappear entirely so Cullum can never find him. Sonny continues insisting he can manage every crisis without Jason Morgan around, though history suggests his confidence usually creates even more destruction. Britt’s declining health adds even greater urgency because the stress and chaos surrounding the escape are clearly pushing her closer to a breaking point.

The episode leaves Port Charles overflowing with emotional fallout, unresolved questions, and dangerous power struggles. Christina’s sudden medical school acceptance feels like the beginning of a major goodbye storyline while Alexis Davis faces the possibility of losing control of both Christina and Danny at the same time. Curtis’s refusal to accept responsibility for Isaiah’s injuries continues alienating nearly everyone around him, especially Porsche and Jordan. Isaiah’s future as a surgeon now hangs in the balance because of one impulsive act of violence fueled by jealousy and wounded pride. Lulu and Dante remain trapped between protecting their son and stopping the increasingly unstable Ross Cullum from finding him first. Sonny continues trying to control every situation personally, whether it involves Sidwell’s crimes, Britt’s escape, or Rocco’s safety. Lucas Jones may soon be dragged into dangerous mob business despite wanting nothing to do with Sonny’s world. Britt’s deteriorating condition and emotional instability make the runaway storyline especially heartbreaking because Rocco truly believes he is protecting his family. The contrast between mob conspiracies, family betrayals, and Curtis’s violent downfall gives the episode an especially chaotic emotional tone. By the end of the update, viewers are left wondering whether Christina will leave town, whether Curtis will face prison, whether the FBI will become involved in Rocco’s disappearance, and whether Sonny’s latest promise to handle everything will once again lead Port Charles into even greater disaster.
