FULL General Hospital 4-29-2026 Spoilers | GH Wednesday, April 29 | 2026
Curtis Ashford becomes obsessed with proving Isaiah Gannon was the hit-and-run driver from the Route 91 crash. He takes his theory to Michael Corinthos, who clearly doubts the accusation. Curtis insists the guardrail paint clue makes Isaiah the only possible suspect. His determination appears driven more by jealousy than evidence. He is still upset that Isaiah accompanied Portia to a prenatal appointment. Curtis ignores the fact that he and Jordan were kissing while Jordan was driving. Their distraction caused the accident, yet Curtis keeps blaming someone else. He even pressures ADA Justine Turner to investigate Isaiah immediately. His crusade looks less like justice and more like guilt and insecurity. Curtis’s refusal to face his own role may create even bigger problems.
At the hospital, Jordan lies injured after the fiery crash but worries most about her undercover position with Jens Sidwell. She fears her facial scars will damage the confidence and image she uses in that dangerous world. Jordan believes Sidwell may no longer want her handling meetings for him. Her identity has become tied to the risky assignment. Meanwhile, Sidwell is already blaming Sonny for the crash. Jordan’s appearance may be the least of her concerns if the conflict escalates. Across town, Tracy Quartermaine pressures Brook Lynn to keep quiet about the crash night. Brook Lynn believes she was the other driver because she hit the guardrail while driving tipsy. Tracy orders her not to confess, not even to Chase. She fears the truth would destroy Brook Lynn’s marriage hopes and foster plans for baby Phoebe.
Brook Lynn carries crushing guilt even though she did not truly cause the accident. Jordan swerved because of the distraction with Curtis, creating the real chain reaction. Danny and Charlotte were also caught in the chaos of that night. Tracy coldly tells Brook Lynn to bury the truth and move on. Elsewhere, Kristina visits Lucas at General Hospital with a proposal. She thinks Ethan Lovett could help Lucas seek justice against Sidwell and the Marco Rios situation. Ethan now works for Sonny and has his own reasons to hate Sidwell. Lucas rejects the idea and says he has another plan underway. He remains at Wyndemere to help reverse engineer Britt’s Huntington’s medication. His brave decision also places him dangerously close to enemies who suspect him of murder.
The biggest conflict centers on Michael and Willow as their marriage war worsens. Willow approaches Michael peacefully and asks him for a favor after their recent blowup. Michael is unlikely to cooperate because he is now aligned with Justine and moving against her. Willow is jealous that Wiley is bonding with Justine through games and shared interests. She fears losing her place as a mother figure. Spoilers suggest Michael is preparing a secret plan that could destroy Willow’s control. At the same time, Drew may soon regain communication abilities and expose Willow as the person who shot him. Beyond their feud, Jason remains in WSB custody while covering for Rocco Falconeri. Carly hides Valentin in her attic, Josslyn investigates conspiracies, and chaos spreads across Port Charles. With secrets everywhere, the week appears headed toward disaster for someone.
