Y&R Today Episode | Nikki Confronts Victor After Jack Vanishes
Victor Newman launches a dangerous power play that shakes Genoa City and may involve the disappearance of Jack Abbott. Known for never entering battles he cannot win, Victor begins maneuvering behind the scenes to reclaim total control of his empire. His goal is to regain Chancellor, Newman Media, and complete authority over Newman Enterprises. Phyllis Summers becomes trapped in the middle of negotiations with Victor, trying to prevent the situation from exploding. However, Victor suddenly changes the terms of their deal, making the conditions far harsher than before. Meanwhile Billy Abbott grows suspicious when Jack suddenly vanishes without warning or explanation. Billy tells Sally Spectra that a newly discovered marina location might be connected to Jack’s disappearance. He worries that Victor’s aggressive moves signal something far more dangerous happening behind the scenes. Billy believes that if Victor is pushing this hard, it means the stakes are much bigger than anyone realizes. The fear grows that Victor may be holding Jack somewhere as leverage in his corporate war.
At Society restaurant, tension rises when Nikki Newman confronts Phyllis about Victor’s secretive behavior. Nikki senses immediately that her husband is hiding something serious from her. Phyllis tries to deflect the questions but her hesitation only increases Nikki’s suspicions. Soon Diane Jenkins Abbott and Kyle Abbott arrive looking exhausted and desperate. They reveal that Jack has completely disappeared and no one has heard from him. Diane bluntly suggests that Victor may have kidnapped Jack to pressure the Abbott family. The accusation shocks everyone in the room, including Nikki, who struggles to believe Victor could go that far. However, even she cannot completely dismiss the possibility given Victor’s ruthless history. Phyllis finally explains that Victor demanded everything in return for a deal. His conditions include full control of Chancellor, Newman Media, and Newman Enterprises. The revelation sparks outrage as the Abbotts realize Victor may be using Jack as a bargaining chip.
Billy refuses to accept Victor’s demands and decides to search for Jack himself instead of negotiating. Kyle and Diane immediately join him, determined to locate Jack before it is too late. Billy remembers the marina lead and they rush there hoping to find answers. Meanwhile Nikki storms into the Newman ranch demanding the truth from Victor. Victor remains calm and refuses to confirm or deny Jack’s kidnapping, but his cold attitude reveals more than his words. Nikki realizes Victor is capable of holding Jack hostage to secure his business victory. Furious and heartbroken, she warns Victor that she may never forgive him if Jack is harmed. While this confrontation unfolds, Billy, Kyle, and Diane search the marina and discover signs that someone had been held there. A chair and rope suggest Jack may have been imprisoned but already moved somewhere else. The search becomes more frightening when they find Jack’s watch floating in the water near the dock.
At the same time another dangerous storyline unfolds involving Adam Newman and a threat from his past. Nick Newman and Sharon Newman visit Adam to warn him about a woman named Reza who may be connected to Matt Clark. Adam reveals that Reza once served as his handler during his secret life in Las Vegas when he was known as Spider, a legendary high-stakes poker player. That past life involved dangerous underground gambling circles filled with powerful criminals. Adam insists that he wants to help stop Matt Clark even though returning to that world could be risky. Nick and Sharon worry that involving Adam might drag him back into the darkness he worked hard to escape. Meanwhile Matt Clark continues sending threatening messages that grow increasingly disturbing. Adam begins remembering his former life and realizes the danger may be far greater than anyone expects. As Jack’s disappearance, Victor’s ruthless scheme, and Matt Clark’s threats escalate simultaneously, Genoa City faces the possibility of two major wars unfolding at once.
